Orders made on the Daisy Days website will be processed within 48 hours and you will receive an email confirmation. We do our best to ensure that all products listed on the website are accurately represented and in stock. Orders may be cancelled at any time if fraud is suspected, we are unable to authorise payments, or there are issues with availability. If payment has already been taken, we will refund cancelled orders as soon as possible.
If there is something that you are looking for which isn’t in stock on the website, please call to order or visit the shop.
We only ship within mainland UK. Orders will be despatched within 2 days of confirmation and you should receive your order within 5 working days. We send all orders by recorded delivery using recognised postal delivery services. We charge a flat rate shipping fee of £4.95 on all orders.
If you would like special delivery or delivery for a certain day, please contact us.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition with the original packaging along with your receipt to Daisy Days either in person or by post within 14 days. Please state whether you would like a refund, exchange or credit note. We recommend using recorded delivery and ensure that the item is packaged to avoid damage. If the product is faulty or there are any problems with it when you receive it, please inform us within 3 days of receipt. We will process your return within 7 days of receiving the item.
Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and we do not refund postage costs.
